The so-called non-standard refers to the irregular blank not listed in the national standard. Non magnetic mode and progressive mode are widely used in this respect. The non-magnetic die is generally made of YGl5 or YG2O cemented carbide. For example, the factory uses YGl5 to make soft magnetic pressure die.

The general instrument factory uses YG2O and YG2OC as the soft magnetic mirror surface stamping die. When the nickel base alloy IJ5O is loaded, the parallelism of the mirror surface is 0.05mm, and the roughness Ra is 0.2Um. The efficiency of the impact loading technology is dozens of times higher than that of the grinding process.

A radio uses YWC nonmagnetic hard alloy as the forming die for soft magnetic materials, with a service life of 500000 to 1000000 times. YGl5, YG2O and YG2OC are mainly selected for single station or multi station progressive dies, and steel bonded alloys are also selected. The combined progressive die made of cemented carbide for wheel splitters has been operated for 2.16 million times at the impact speed of 300-400 times/min, and produced 4 million high-precision qualified products. The stator progressive die also produces nearly 1 million qualified products at the speed of 300 times/min. The motor stator and rotor core die of the machine factory can be ground for 500000 times once, with a total service life of 50 to 60 million times. Carbide multi position progressive die can cut lead frame material at a punching speed of 400-600 times/min, with a total life of about 50 million times. The service life of the progressive blanking die for the electrical plug-in products is more than 70 million times and more than 2 years after the domestic cemented carbide is used.

In recent years, the shaping die of powder metallurgy products has also started to use cemented carbide materials. For example, each YG8 forming die can press 700000 pieces of products, while the steel die can only be used as a factory assistant for I000 times and a high chromium steel assistant. YG8 is used as the reshaping die for bimetallic shaft sleeve in the machinery factory, and the service life is more than 100 square pieces, while the service life of GCrl5 steel die is only 1000 pieces.
